Magnesium is commonly used to revitalize tired and sore muscles, cramps and even to help stress levels. Combined with the strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of ginger and cayenne, and the deep healing of kunzea and lavender essential oils, this cream is wonderful for all sorts of muscular and joint aches and pains, cramping and even general magnesium supplementation. It has even been used for pre-menstrual cramping.

Magnesium Chloride – Improves sleep, reduces stress, soothes aches and pains, reduces cramping.
Zingiber officinale -Ginger- is a strong anti inflammatory shown to help reduce the effects of osteoarthritis, helps improve circulation and soothe tired muscles.
Capsicum frutescnes -Cayenne- is anti inflammatory and anti spasmodic, the capsicain in cayenne extract helps reduce nerve and muscle pain.
Kunzea ambigua -Kunzea- a native Australian bush, the oils target inflammation to reduce pain associated with sore joints and muscles.
Lavendula Angustifolia -Lavender- is an extremely relaxing oil that works physically and emotionally to relax points of pain
How to use
Apply to aches and pains as needed. Massage in well.
