To reset your Healthful Pantry password follow these instructions.
- Click the login button in the main menu
- On the left-hand side under the login form click the “Lost your password?” link.
- Enter the email address that you used to create a previous order.
If you get a message such as “Invalid username or email.” then you haven’t created an account yet and you should fill in the registration form to create your account.
- Go to your email account and look for the email, please note that this usually comes through within a minute but may take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
If you cannot find it in your inbox please check your junk mail folder.
If you still don’t receive the password reset email then send us a message via [email protected] with a subject line such as “Reset my password”.
Please note that transactional emails like the one sent for resetting passwords sometimes get blocked at the email provider. We have had issues with Outlook.com, Live and Hotmail email addresses not receiving the email to reset the password. If you don’t receive an email to reset after completing the form please email us as above so we can manually attend to it.
